Maintain full, detailed, and accurate records and accounts of all receipts and expenditures with respect to the property, which records and accounts shall be available for review by the Property Owner and/or representatives, at a reasonable time.
Have for the property owner on or before the 15th of each month, a detailed, itemized statement of all property rent and expense receipts incurred during the previous month.
Promptly report to the Property Owner (at their request) any and all adverse conditions/repairs relating to the property which will require repair at the owners expense.
Render emergency repairs, when owner is not readily available, as may be required because safety of the premises or the safety of the tenants/occupants thereof or are required to avoid the suspension of any necessary services to the premises.
Lessors may log into Owner portal via website at RedDoorRG.com to pull all statements, showing any and all transactions.
Conduct both move-in and move-out inspections at the property with every change of tenancy. Will assess repairs at move out for process of security deposit return
