We require everyone to complete the 3D tour virtual walk through online FIRST!
We also suggest doing a drive by to verify location and neighborhood.

Submit a full application to include credit, background, and eviction checks through your app. You will receive an email from Transunion Smartmove to complete this step and they will charge $32/applicant. Minimum credit score of 630 NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once received, we will verify credit score, criminal background and eviction checks to proceed forward to next step or denied based on minimum qualifications
- No utility collections including cell phone, cable/TV services
- No evictions or monies owed to a previous rental company
- No repossessions (car charge off’s), No bankruptcies in the last 5 years
This step is required regardless of whom your showing agent is.

$35 application fee/applicant will be charged once preapproved for processing for income documentation, landlord verification(as applicable) and to schedule showing.
App fee applies to all applicants over 18. Must have preapproved app prior to in-person tour.

Tour Property with a showing agent and decide if you want to submit app for final approval.

Property Owner has final approval based on Full application package submission post showing.

All Security Deposits are due within 2 Business Days of Acceptance.
Review & Sign Lease Agreement & Schedule Move-In date within 2 weeks of Acceptance

ALL of our homes are smoke-free. This includes ANY type of smoking.
Pets being allowed varies with each property owner and will require an additional fee for the pets negotiated based on size and type of pet. All pet fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
